Logan Levkoff
There were no young women speaking honestly and positively about sexuality...
...And Logan Levkoff wanted to become the voice of the next generation of sexually healthy young women. She began her career in sexology as a teenager, acting as a peer AIDS educator. In college, she facilitated provocative and informative sexuality seminars and wrote her campus’ first sex advice column, “Ask Mistress Lola”. Now, drawing on over ten years of experience, Logan uses many forms of media to spread her positive, empowering message to a larger population.
Logan frequently appears on television and radio, including E!, Fox News Channel, MSNBC Live, VH1, Oprah, and MTV. She is frequently featured and quoted in magazines, including Cosmopolitan, Esquire, and Men’s Health. Logan penned “The Sex Files” for American Health and Fitness Magazine and serves on the Trojan Sexual Health Advisory Council and on the Board of Advisors for Fitness, Maximum Fitness, and Parenting Teens Online. Logan is the spokesperson of Elexa, a line of sexual health and intimacy products for women by Trojan and the author of The Espresso Dating Guide, a joint project by Starbucks and Yahoo!Personals. Logan is currently working on a pilot with NBC Digital Studios which will be in production this fall. Her book, currently untitled, will be published by NAL in 2007.
Logan Levkoff received her B.A. in English and her M.S. in Human Sexuality Education from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a doctoral candidate in Human Sexuality, Marriage and Family Life Education at New York University. In 1997, Logan also received certification as an HIV / AIDS educator from the New York State Department of Health. She lives in New York City with her husband and son.
